Very nice staff, were ready to help, I really enjoyed it. Had a shower and bath sheets in the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food.

Its location in Edinburgh was peaceful and handy for what we needed, close enough to Very near royal botanical gardens, the city center by taxi/Uber, and buses and a taxi journey. Most importantly the staff where competent and responsive.

The property is beautiful with good facilities very close to the local attractions, walk or by bus, supermarkets close by, and almost 1.5 miles. Stuff are friendly efficient, I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for several nights. The venue is housed in a beautiful building. Location is quiet, just a short walk away from Omni Centre.

Location was excellent and incredibly comfortable, to city center of Edinburgh. More than that, it was very close to people walking past until the early hours, cafes, supermarket, bus stops and local shops.

Staff is as friendly efficient as possible. The venue has quiet setting willing to call you a taxi.

We felt very secure while staying here. All the facilities were superb, and if you need there's private parking on street. Location was magnificent and perfectly comfortable, really close to the local attractions, walk or by bus and a 20 Minute walk to the city center.
Rooms were very hot.

We've stayed there for 2 nights, everything was spotless, don't miss it. The atmosphere seemed to be quiet. You could use a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and fridges if you wanted to cook.
